Describe what you do here at Milli: As a software developer, I work on designing, coding, and optimizing features for the Milli app. My primary focus is ensuring the app is user-friendly and efficient for our customers.
Why did you join Milli? I was drawn to Milli because of its innovative approach to personal finance and its commitment to helping users manage their savings effectively. The company’s mission aligned with my personal values and professional goals.
How did you get into this career field? While my university studies weren’t directly related to software development, my intrinsic passion for technology and problem-solving drove me to self-learn and dive into the field. Securing an internship at Milli was a turning point. Not only did I gain invaluable experience, but I was also captivated by Milli’s beautiful mission and commitment to making financial management accessible and empowering for everyone. The inspiring environment and the genuine impact of our work made me want to stay and contribute to this vision.
Are you more of a spender, or saver? Historically, I’ve been more of a spender. However, since joining Milli and seeing the impact of good financial habits, I’ve been motivated to become more of a saver.
What’s your favorite aspect of the Milli app? I love the user interface and how intuitive it is. The app’s ability to provide real-time insights and feedback on savings is also a standout feature for me.
What’s a personal financial milestone that you’re working toward? I aim to buy my first home within the next five years. Using the Milli app has provided me with the tools and motivation to save and plan for this significant milestone.
