Job title: Customer Operations Analyst
Describe what you do here at Milli: I work behind the scenes with data analytics that assist Operations in identifying ways to efficiently monitor and provide information to those groups who service our customers.
Why are you excited to be on team Milli? I enjoy teamwork and collaborating with my team and other departments to help find solutions to issues.
How did you get into this career field? At an early age, I self-taught myself computer programing and became interested in working with data, which led me to work in the Payment and Banking Industry.
Are you more of a spender, or saver? Saver
What’s your favorite aspect of the Milli app? Being able to have money automatically put aside for a goal is great and being able to earn interest on your money.
What’s a personal financial milestone that you’re working toward? Owning a potato farm, which is a goal because I love home-grown produce.
What are some of your favorite hobbies? I enjoy working on cars, but also gardening – such as growing potatoes in my yard to give me a jumpstart on the potato farm goal!
What is your favorite food? Hamburgers and fries
Where is a place you want to travel? Big Sur, California
What is a book you would highly recommend? I do not read books, I read code.
